By accessing and using ReferSomeoneGreat, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
ReferSomeoneGreat provides a platform connecting CXOs seeking to hire executive-level talent with operators who can refer qualified candidates from their professional networks.
3. User Accounts
Account Creation
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Verification
All users must be verified. We reserve the right to verify your professional credentials and LinkedIn profile.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:
- •Provide accurate and truthful information
- •Maintain the confidentiality of candidate information
- •Not misrepresent your relationship with candidates
- •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- •Not engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
5. Referral Bounties
For CXOs
You set the bounty amount for each opportunity. Bounties are paid only when a referred candidate is successfully hired. Payment is due within 30 days of the hire date.
For Operators
You earn the posted bounty when your referral is hired. The first referral submitted for a candidate receives the bounty. Minimum payout threshold is $500.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ReferSomeoneGreat and protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- •Use the platform for any illegal purpose
- •Impersonate another person or entity
- •Interfere with the platform's operation
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- •Scrape or harvest user data
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information or the success of referrals.
10. Limitation of Liability
ReferSomeoneGreat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
